Delivery
Delivery is to UK addresses only, unless with prior agreement. Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. We will make every effort to dispatch goods on time, but we will not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time.

Safety Information
When using your sling, be aware of the extra room you and your baby take up. Take care when going through doorways and around hazardous objects, such as fires, cookers etc.

The sling is designed for everyday use, and must not be used while undertaking any abnormal activity, including, but not limited to, running, climbing or cycling.  The sling must be used in accordance with the instructions given on the "How To Use" page. SnugBaby can not be held responsible for any injuries caused by misuse of any sling/carrier we provide.

You must always check your sling for signs of damage prior to each use, and if in any doubt, do not use.

Cancellation & Returns
We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, but under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have seven working days, from the day on which you receive the goods, to cancel your order. Please contact us and confirm your request in writing or via email if you wish to exercise this right.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods if you exercise this right of cancellation. It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession, and to package the goods adequately to prevent damage, since we cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit. You will be liable for any loss of or damage to the goods if you fail to comply with this obligation.

Proof of postage is not proof of delivery and you are advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier, and to insure the goods for its full value.

Privacy Policy
When you provide information to us, we use that information to provide you with goods that you have chosen. We will take reasonable steps to protect any information that you provide to us.

We will not pass on any of your personal data to outside organisations or individuals, except for the purposes of delivering your goods.

Errors and Omissions
We will make every effort to ensure that all prices and descriptions quoted on our website are correct and accurate. However, occasionally mistakes may occur. If a mistake is discovered prior to the goods being despatched, SnugBaby reserves the right to cancel your order and refund any monies paid.
